Project name: Agroforestry: Increasing “green” income of the marginal farmers by
protecting land and environmental degradation in India(AGIFARDI)
ASG Germany e.V. is implementing project AGIFARDI with our partner Right Track(India),
which is funded by The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
Project AGIFARDI is being implemented at Hingalganj block of North 24 Pargana district,
West Bengal, India.
With this project, small farmers are engaged for Economic Agroforestry and Sustainable
Land management (SLM) of the area. They will be trained on Economic Agroforestry,
Sustainable Land management (SLM) and Women empowerment so that the men and
women can use and protect the land in a sustainable way as well as increase their green
income.
